๐ Tropical Environment -- Key West is a tropical island climate, which means guests may occasionally encounter insects, humidity, rain showers, or seasonal termite swarming, especially during warmer months. We perform regular pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still happen.
๐ ๏ธ Maintenance & Emergencies -- Please notify us immediately if anything in the home is not working properly or if there is an emergency. We will do our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
๐ฆ๏ธ Weather & Hurricanes -- South Florida weather can change quickly. During hurricane season (June–November), guests should monitor weather updates and follow local guidance if necessary.
๐ค Respect for Neighbors -- Many of our homes are located in quiet residential neighborhoods. Please be respectful of neighbors, parking areas, and shared spaces.
๐งณ Lost Items. -- We are not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings. However, if an item is found, we will gladly assist with arranging return shipping at the guest’s expense
๐งน Housekeeping. -- Daily housekeeping is not included unless arranged in advance. Extra cleaning services may be available for an additional fee.
๐ฆ Local Wildlife. -- You may see chickens, roosters, geckos, iguanas, or other local wildlife around the island — they are part of the Key West charm.

Over time, we expanded from hosting a single property to managing multiple vacation homes across Old Town and the Florida Keys. We take pride in offering personalized service, local recommendations, and a guest-first approach to every stay.
