  • What amenities are included at KW Vacation Properties ?

    All  properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. The Island Suite features beautiful gardens and a pool,

    and the Heron Hideaway offers a private jacuzzi and access to a shared poo. 

    Also both of this properties  has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    All our properties  are just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach , offering stunning  views and access to Fort Zachory State Park . 

    Heron Hideaway is 5 min away from Higgs beach 

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    There  is street parking located around the surrounding blocks, if you look for white unmarked spaces (that do not say residential parking).

    You can walk ,  ride your bike or scooter  everywhere . 


    Here are some helpful tips for safe and convenient parking in the Old Town district:


    You can park on steet , free parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis

    Preferred Parking Spaces: Look for blank white outlined spaces. 

     Do not park in white outlined spaces labeled "Residential parking." These spots are reserved for local Key West residents with Monroe County license plates or residential parking stickers.


    Parking Restrictions: Avoid parking next to blue or yellow curbs. Blue curbs are reserved for handicapped parking only, while yellow curbs indicate no parking at any time.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.


  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, Island Suite and Heron Hieaway are family-friendly. Island Suite  offers plenty of outdoor space and a  pool, and Heron Hideaway offers peaceful garden , private jacuzzi and shared pool
