🔇 Quiet Hours * Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors. 🌙

🚭 Smoking * No smoking or vaping inside the property. * Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if applicable. * Additional cleaning fees may apply for smoke odors inside.

🚗 Parking * Parking is street parking only unless otherwise stated. * Please follow all local parking signs and regulations.

❄️ AC & Windows * Please turn off the AC when doors or windows are left open. * Keep doors closed to help with humidity and insects common in tropical climates.

🐜 Bugs & Tropical Environment Key West is a tropical island environment. Occasionally guests may encounter insects, especially during rainy or swarming seasons. 🌴🌦️ Please keep outdoor lights off at night when possible and avoid leaving doors open, as insects are attracted to light. 💡

🛠️ Damages & Maintenance * Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. * Please report any issues immediately so we can address them quickly.

⚠️ Illegal Activity * No illegal drugs, underage drinking, or unlawful activity allowed on the property.
